mkm 6b44bc45ed refactor(store): 移除创建预订订单时的员工 ID 参数 
- 注释掉了 BeforehandOrderController 中获取 store_staff_id 的代码行
- 这个改动可能是为了调整预订订单创建流程，不再需要员工 ID
